Where to check popular car models in UAE?

I was trying to see which car models are currently most popular in the UAE market and came across a catalog page that lists models by popularity. On https://auto.ae/catalog/ it shows how many cars are for sale and for rent for each model, plus the general price range in AED. For example, Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Patrol, and Mercedes S-Class all have detailed counts. Do you guys use these popularity lists to understand market demand before buying?
